Our top priority is the health and safety of our guests and we are doing everything we can to make sure you experience the cleanest getaway to the Smoky Mountains when you stay with us.
Here are some changes we have made for our guests:
- We’ve implemented more frequent cleaning practices throughout the Mountain Lodge to follow the CDC guidelines.
- We’re cleaning our lobby and common areas regularly throughout the day, including high-touch surfaces.
- Even though we’ve always kept strict cleaning guidelines with our linens, we are now using ozone washing machines. In addition to traditional chemicals, ozone machines add electricity and oxygen. Using ozone machines kills bacteria on the spot and has proven to sanitize and kill bacteria 3,000 times faster than bleach.
To help all of our guests, we have reviewed our Cancellation Policy which now requires notice of cancellation only 3 days (72 hours) prior to your reservation arrival date without incurring any cancellation fees. It is our hope that this will help guests feel comfortable with canceling or rescheduling reservations should you feel uncomfortable with traveling or feel ill.
